Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role This job will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. You will work closely with business owners, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to enhance services through innovative AI/ML solutions. Your role will involve building scalable ML pipelines, ensuring data quality, and deploying models into production environments to drive business insights and improve customer experiences. Meet our team We are the Data Science team in the Risk Management team that bring innovative new solutions to leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to automate operational reviews for fraud risk management. We strive to create a balance between innovation, regulatory compliance, managing fraud losses and improving customer experiences. Your way to impact As a Sr. Manager, Machine Learning Engineering in the team, you will be customer-centric, strategic & analytical in decision making and laser-focused on executing at scale. You thrive on the challenge of building and optimizing platforms at scale, are deeply passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and are dedicated to innovation and market success. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive technical expertise and practical experience in AI/ML to lead substantive discussions with technical and data science teams on solution implementation, and integration within complex environments. Your day to day Essential Responsibilities: - Design, Develop and optimize machine learning models for various applications. - Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. - Deploy ML solutions into production environments using appropriate tools and frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the right adoption and understand changing business needs People Management Roles: - Oversee the team's capabilities, timely deliveries, and execution. - Guide and mentor the team through projects and facilitate their career growth.
