Job Description

As a Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with over 16 years of relevant experience, you will be a valuable addition to our Data & AI Consulting team at KPMG. We are recognized as industry leaders in delivering Data & AI services globally, focusing on a business-first, innovation-led approach to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include driving ideation and solutioning in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You will oversee client accounts and geographies to ensure business growth, lead business development efforts, engage in pre-sales activities, and prepare and conduct solution demos. Additionally, you will be responsible for upskilling, motivating, and managing the performance of team members. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or economics. A strong programming background in python, SQL, and APIs is essential, and hands-on experience is a must. You should possess expertise in either Machine Learning (including predictive, classification, forecasting, optimization, and deep learning) or Gen AI / Agentic AI, with some experience in the other. Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS), leading solutions/projects from ideation to deployment, and managing client accounts, large programs, or capabilities is also required.
