- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree is a plus.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in an international BPO or customer care role.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Customer Service Orientation: A passion for helping customers and resolving their issues effectively.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call center software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a day shift schedule and adapt to changing work demands.
