Job Description

Handling cost, estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, and contractor billing activities.
Close coordination with site teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely and cost effective execution.
Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Support tendering activities including bid analysis and comparison.
Monitor and record material and labor costs on site.
Verify contractor bills and prepare payment certifications.
Assist in tracking variations and preparing change orders.
Maintain cost and quantity records for ongoing projects.
Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs.
