Job Description
-
Work on design, development, configuration, and deployment of OpenText products such as OpenText Content Server, Documentum, VIM, Exstream, InfoArchive, or Extended ECM (as per project needs).

Customize and configure workflows, metadata models, and document lifecycles.

Integrate OpenText with other enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.).
-
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
-
Participate in upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
-
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.
-
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
-
2+ years of experience in OpenText product suite (Content Server / VIM / Exstream / Documentum / Extended ECM).

Hands-on experience in Java / .NET / Web Services / REST / SOAP for customization and integrations.
-
Experience with SQL, Oracle, or any relational database.

Good understanding of document management, workflow automation, and archiving solutions.

Knowledge of SAP integration with OpenText (if relevant).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
-
OpenText Certification(s).

Knowledge of cloud-based OpenText solutions.

Exposure to Agile / DevOps environments.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
