Job Description

1 - 3 years (startup preferred). Freshers with interest and passion of understanding and engaging users can also .
Qualities: passion to understand user behavior, dig deep into rationales, motivation behind user action. Ability to work in fast changing environment.
What you will be doing:

Brainstorm and create plan for user engagement strategy

Create and conduct user engagement campaigns

Conduct meetups to evangelize

Identify opportunities with new partners, channels

Community building

Market research

What we are looking for:

Ability to learn quickly and be self - sufficient

Extremely organized and detail oriented

Experience working in small office start - up environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Has a driven personality, can do attitude , and results - oriented style.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (social science, psychology, journalism preferred)
