Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement generative AI models using LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) for specific business use cases.
- Develop and maintain scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of generative models.
- Integrate generative models into production systems using APIs and cloud services.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 12 years focused on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and training techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
