SAP EDI @ Softtek

Job Description

• 5+ years of experience in EDI integration with SAP systems, preferably SAP TM and SalesForce
• Proficiency in EDI standards
• Hands-on experience with SAP IDocs, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of the OTC process 
• Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO,) for data mapping and EDI transformations.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP, VANs) for EDI transactions.
• Experience with debugging tools and techniques for EDI 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

• Application Development and Support
• Design, develop, and implement EDI interfaces to integrate with SAP TM or SalesForce
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map EDI processes to SAP TM functionalities and or SaleSForce
• Configure and manage EDI message types, including EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and custom formats.
• Handle the integration of EDI transactions specific to OTC and Transportation.
• Work closely with technical teams to develop SAP IDoc interfaces and troubleshoot related issues.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot integration errors.
• Monitor EDI data exchanges for accuracy and ensure compliance with business and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including EDI mappings, technical specifications, and error-handling guidelines.
