Job Description
Department Description Digital team is currently working on the UK strategy to deliver a much improved customer experience. Digital team will be working across different teams across multiple geos. In current context, our end customer needs have changed with time as there has been a digital explosion. Digital team does lot of research to understand our end customer s mental model, look at analytics to drive patterns and then inform design. We are currently expanding the team and are looking for senior staff who has extensive experience in Digital Purpose of your role Digital needs a highly motivated UX Designer to work on multiple projects based out of India & UK. The successful candidate shall oversee all aspects of an engagement(s) using planning and monitoring processes as per the Fidelity guidelines and standards, and shall be responsible for completion of projects on time, on budget and meeting the requirements. To this end, UX Designer will perform a variety of tasks including managing stakeholders, creating best user experience by using user centred design process and be fully aware of the ongoing digital trends. Key Responsibilities Manage projects and stakeholders which are across geos (largely out of UK) Deliver high quality UX on time Design interaction of a product, which determines the workflows for specific tasks, how users can perform specific tasks using the product, the product s behaviours in response to user interactions and at a detailed level of what users can do with the product. Adept at creating personas and scenarios, develop navigation structure and flow. Design the page layout and navigation metaphors. Develop UX related documentation including conceptual diagrams, wireframes, work- flows, and prototype to define the flow of experience Should know how to drive user experience across different functions (design, technology and product) through the entire project lifecycle. Work with the end users and client team members to define application s functional and usability requirements. Ability to structure information and tasks in a manner that enables users to efficiently and effectively accomplish their goals. Has ability to plan and facilitate brainstorming sessions on functional requirements, content organization, UI specifications and technical integration Create wireframes, site maps, use cases, business/ user process flows and navigational flows. Provide related documentation Develop and document the user interface standards Understand technical constraints with the development team. Stay updated on emerging technology and usability research. Create the best possible, consistent user experience Possess an outstanding design portfolio Adept at Axure Essential Skills / Experience 9 12 years of industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development & support Knowledge of Usability Principals, Methodology and Best Practices. Good understanding of Agile methodology Has knowledge of stakeholder and End- user data gathering techniques. Experience in multi- channel user experience mapping Should know about design thinking process and ability to research Experience of working on large, complex projects Good knowledge and experience of delivering projects using Agile methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Operates largely independently, with minimal guidance and monitoring Appreciation and knowledge of digital trends. Good communication, influencing, negotiation skills Ability to lead and motivate the project team Good client relationship management skills Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Self motivated, flexible, responsible, and a penchant for quality Personal Characteristics Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interest in Digital and its applications. Self- motivated and Team Player. Build strong working relationship with different team across the globe Maintain and build a culture of early feedback and sharingJob Classification
