Scrum Master @ Citiustech

Job Description

Mandatory Skills:
Proven Scrum Master experience in Data Analytics programs.
Strong exposure to service industry projects with data engineering focus.
Hands-on experience working in retail as well as non-retail domains.

Good to Have:
Knowledge of SQL, JIRA, and familiarity with LIMS/ELN/Life Sciences domain.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum events/meetings effectively.
Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization.
Drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
Foster a positive team dynamic and healthy work environment.
Strong understanding of tasks, dependencies, and technical aspects.

Preferred Profile:
Strong background in service industry engagements, especially those involving data engineering initiatives.
Ability to balance stakeholder management and delivery excellence across retail and non-retail projects.
