Executive Trainee (Civil Engineer) @ Shakti Pumps

Job Description

• Assist in monitoring and controlling chemical processes such as diffusion, etching, texturing, cleaning, and deposition used in solar cell fabrication.
• Support senior engineers in process optimization to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals used in manufacturing.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and maintain proper operating conditions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow industry safety protocols, environmental compliance, and plant standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of chemical process engineering and material science.
• Knowledge of semiconductor or photovoltaic processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
