Certification:ASNT level II (MUST)

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Inspection of Valves, Pumps, Fabricated items, Castings, forgings and machined components

Inspection of plate, flanges, pipe & pipe fittings

Witnessing of Pressure testing activities of Valves, Pumps, vessels (Hydro/Pneumatic)

Inspection of Raw materials - Review of test certificates with respect to standards & P.O.

Witnessing mechanical tests in laboratories Tensile, Impact, Hardness, Bend test etc.

Fit up inspection, welding visual inspection, welding parameter monitoring.

NDT inspection (LPT, MPT, UT & RT)

Review of inspection test procedures for smooth execution of inspection activity

Vendor assessment, expediting & pre-dispatch inspection

Inspection of machined & bought out components

Inspection of skid mounted assembled components
