Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead SAP HANA upgrade projects across various environments.
• Provide business process and functional support for the SAP BI module.
• Manage business blueprinting: AS-IS analysis, TO-BE process design, and architecture mapping.
• Translate abstract enhancement specifications into actionable realization approaches.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements (reports, data processing, load programs, adjustment tools).
• Independently handle consulting engagements and client communications.
• Drive implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
• Deliver ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiency.
• Promote process integration and standardization across business units.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in SAP HANA upgrade projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP BI module.
• Expertise in business process mapping and architecture.
• Ability to develop functional specs and collaborate with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in training and user support.
