Job Description
- Maintaining all inbound stores and warehouse
- inward receipt of material
- To be present at Receiving Area to record inward of material from Vendors.
- All inward material checking process at Receiving Area against invoice
- All Perishable Material GRN Process will be conducted at Stores
- Supervise and ensure all Perishable Material has been shifted directly to Retail Store
- Checking of all items which are sent to the Retail Stores
- Checking the items against the invoice.
- All Branded items will be received as per the norms of the Chef requirement.
10. Non-Branded items will be approved by the HOD.
11.Dispatching of material as per requisition received from respective department.
12. Restricted time as per schedule will be adopted for the dispatch.
- Ensure All received Material are shifted to respective Stores from receiving Area.
- Monitoring of All Food Ingredients Expiry dates.
- Monitoring of All Physical Stock and Software stock inventory's are tallying.
- Monitoring of Inventory Minimum Stock Levels.
Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Stores dept. of Retail Industry / Hotel Industry with excellent computer knowledge.
5 years and above
