Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for acquiring new agents/financial advisors through market mapping or other sources of recruitment & build strong networking and relationship.
• Responsible for training & development of agents to achieve motor insurance business targets
• Responsible for increase business through new active agents

Business generation through recruited Financial Advisors.

Job Specification

• Preferred both Male & Female candidates who has experience in Agency sales.
• Any Bachelor's degree
• Must have an Agency sales experience with Min 1+ Years in General Insurance & Motor Insurance background.
• Age criteria must be within 30 Years or Max 31 Years Only
• Salary range 4 LPA + Monthly fixed conveniences of RS 3600 + Monthly Incentives
• Please note for Bangalore location can max go up 5 LPA
