Who Were Looking For
Were seeking a smart, driven, and dynamic OD Intern with an academic background in Psychology or Organizational Behavior. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys storytelling through creative presentations, articulation, can think solutions backed with OD Frameworks/ human psychology and is eager to build a career in OD & Culture Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing OD initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.
- Support culture transformation projects, including employee and leadership development, and change management.
- Develop engaging presentations to communicate insights, strategies, and impact.
- Work extensively with Google Sheets to analyse people data and create reports.
- Craft compelling narratives and visual storytelling on Canva/ similar tools to present OD strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take on challenging, high-impact projects in a fast-evolving workplace.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Masters/Bachelors degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or HR-related field.
- Creative Storytelling: Ability to structure narratives and communicate ideas effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in crafting smart, visually appealing presentations (Google Slides/PPT).
- Data Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Sheets (formulas, analysis, dashboards).
- Adaptability & Energy: A go-getter attitude with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
