Job Description
- Assist in design and drawing development for foundations such as pile foundations, raft foundations, pedestals, and structural support for heavy equipment and machinery
- Perform site investigations and surveys; collect and analyze field data including soil conditions and site feasibility Collaborate with senior engineers to review and integrate civil and structural drawings from consultants; ensure consistency and compliance
- Support preparation of tender documents and technical specifications for civil and structural work packages
- Assist in execution and monitoring of construction including monitoring reinforcement, shuttering, RCC, steel, and pipe support structures Record progress in measurement books, assist in quantity take-offs, prepare bills, and update bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Contribute to daily progress reports and documentation for continuous Ensure compliance with relevant Indian Standards (IS codes) and safe construction practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from an accredited institute.
- Freshers with internships or coursework in structural design or construction preferred.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts, structural analysis, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD-PRO, or equivalent tools is a plus Awareness of IS codes and construction standards.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in drawing preparation and familiarity with structural detailing.
- Capable of translating design intent into practical field inputs.
- Able to work collaboratively with procurement, electrical, and mechanical teams for integrated plant construction.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-growing solar manufacturing environment.
