As a Technical Writer at Draup,You will follow and enhance our style guides to create clear and conciseinformation to help Draup customers succeed. You will collaborate with product,customer success, and internal business partners (such as UI designers, datascientists, and software development engineers) to develop strategy andcontent. You will participate in content management efforts, processdevelopment, and quality governance in support of team success.

What you ll do:

Develop a keen understanding ofthe product to be able to appropriately communicate the value of the product,feature, or service to internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand the productand come up with engaging writeups for existing and new features

Assist the product management team with in-application walkthroughs thatfollow the user guides and best practices

Develop a strong and consistent messaging style

Own and maintain the knowledgebank and support content repository. Periodically audit content to ensure theyare in line with current feature functionalities

Who you are:

3-5 years of experience in thehigh-tech industry as a content writer or similar position

Bachelor s degree/Master s degree in English, communications,linguistics, creative writing, journalism, Engineering, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

Fluency in written US English

Ability to understand and communicate your concept to global audiences

Understanding of the business environment and keeping track of emergingbusiness trends

Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)

Bonus - Instructional DesignExperience
