Job Description

2 to 6 years of experience in handling Inbound/Outbound calls in an International process
Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills would be essential
Detail-oriented, high accuracy with numbers, good experience in MS office Extremely service oriented with a willingness to learn new things
Willingness to work in different time zones
Must have experience in International calling & handling escalations
Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time
Independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality
