Job Description
Job Summary
As an International Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end ticketing operations for global travel. Youll use GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus) to issue and manage tickets, ensure fare accuracy, process refunds/exchanges, and coordinate with airlines and agents to ensure smooth travel for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and reissue airline tickets & multi-city itineraries using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
- Quotation preparation and fare calculations for international routes
- Manage PNRs: add SSRs, OSIs, name changes, check-in links
- Handle ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, involuntary reissues due to GDS or carrier changes
- Reconcile invoices and liaise with airlines for excess baggage, rebates, commissions
- Maintain knowledge of IATA and ARC regulations and ensure fare/routing compliance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) and clients
- Monitor and resolve ticketing exceptions and irregularities
- Keep updated with airline promotions, fare rules, waiver policies due to operational disruptions
