Position- Sales Manager

Location - Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Baramati,Chiplun , Ratnagiri, Karad, Shrirampur, Phaltan, Dharashiv (Osmanabad) ( Maharashtra)

CTC - Range INR 3.00 upto 5.00 LPA and Incentives + Allowance

Role & responsibilities:

• Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
• Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel
• Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)
• Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the location.
• To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
• General Insurance experience in Agency Channel
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Age Upto 35 year and any Graduate
