Job Description

• Ensure strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both beauty and dermatology treatments
• Manage manpower planning for dermatology services by interviewing, recruiting, and retaining qualified professionals
• Personally perform dermatological and cosmetological procedures in line with clinical SOPs
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene within the beauty and dermatology sections
• Diagnose cosmetic concerns accurately and collaborate with experts for treatment planning
• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to beauty and dermat staff when required
• Oversee safe usage and handling of all electronic and dermatology equipment
• Actively participate in marketing and promotional events to maximize service sales
