Paisabazaar is hiring for Relationship Manager - Home Loan Product ( Open Market Sourcing )

Key Responsibilities:
1. Convert Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ensuring a
smooth transition throughout the process.
2.Oversee the entire process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads into loan disbursals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs,
collaborating closely to streamline loan processing and resolve any issues promptly.
NOTE : The candidate must have experience in sourcing through the Open Market ( Home Loan Product)
Job Locations :- We have 3 Locations : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR
Shift timings :- 9:30am - 6:30pm

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
