QA Automation Developer @ IntouchCX

Job Description

• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end test scripts using Cypress.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute performance and functional testing to ensure software meets business requirements.
• Continuously research and implement best practices for automation frameworks.
• Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity for test cases.

• Must have 2+ years of experience in Automation testing.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in other automation tools (eg: Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge and experience with Cypress for Automation Testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
