Software Engineer - Perl - Chandigarh - Bebo @ Bebo Technologies

Job Description

• Proficiency with Perl and Shell Scripting.
• Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big data-sets.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• A knack for bench-marking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code visioning tools such as Git/SVN.
• Unit Testing/Integration Testing.
• Willingness and ability to create and extend test frameworks around the code you write to prevent regressions and identify design flaws.
• Knowledge of Agile processes and methodology.
• Experience with working with JavaScript (React or Angular) is a plus.
• Logical and problem solving skills is a must.
• Recent hands-on experience with at least one NoSQL database (e.g. MongoDB, ElasticSearch) required.
• Recent hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL (MariaDB, MySQL, etc.) required.
• Take end-to-end ownership of design and implementation of product features.
• Experience with the latest container and deployment technologies like Docker, Kubernetes etc is a plus.
• Experience in more similar programming languages is a plus.
