Job Description

• As the Salesforce UI Developer you will be participating in the design, development, and deployment of the overall solution
• Your role is critical in ensuring data consistency, workflow automation, and a seamless user experience across our Salesforce ecosystem
• This position requires deep expertise in Salesforce integrations, a strong understanding of industry best practices, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Designing and leading development of both front end web components and complex Apex workflow automation on an agile scrum team
• Own the solution, quality of application code and components, process for moving the application through the development pipeline and be responsible for mentoring junior members of the development team
• As a member of the scrum team you will participate in grooming, estimating, solutioning, and building user stories in Salesforce
• User stories may require Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OOTB Components, Flow, Process Builder etc
• to successfully implement
• Maintain your technical knowledge within the industry leverage this subject matter knowledge on client engagements

Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce UI Developer Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS products. Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge Experience developing software that is global in reach, universal in design, and designed for users of multiple languages and abilities Experience designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose apps Demonstrated experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, outbound messaging, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages Demonstrated experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling Experience with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations such as with API Management tools (e.g., MuleSoft), Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts Checking in source code into Git Experience with newer Salesforce features including but not limited to Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura, Vlocity, Salesforce Certified (Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II or Advanced Developer preferred) QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
