Position:R & R ShinyDeveloperJob Location: Andheri (E)
We are seeking anR Language Developerto join our Data Science Team at India (Mumbai)
In this role, you will develop and implement technological solutions for clients on the R Language stack. Your job is to provide hands-on development expertise and technical abilities to deliver quality software solutions.
Job Description:
Overall 2 to 4 years of experience in R (R language and R Shiny) and Product Development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating "R" Scripts to be used as interface between model "R" code and generic data retrieval algorithms
- Developing and maintaining R Script and Front End based on R shiny, including new feature design, comprehensive testing, and documentation
- Developing Web application and Dashboard using R Shiny ( Mandatory)
- Hosting the developed R Scripts/packages on ShinyApps.io
- Frame specifications based on high level understanding of the problem statement and develop the code (Interface and Backend).
- Develop, write and implement software programming applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
- Write high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code.
- Document the code changes, package the code, and unit test it.
- Perform the task assigned and implement a solution.
- Assess requirements for new and enhanced functionalities; identify impact on existing applications, operating systems, hardware and networks.
- Perform unit testing, ensure quality assurance of applications through system testing.
- Should be able to communicate directly with end customer.
- Expert-level skills in R. Prior experience creating and maintaining products and Software programming experience is highly valued.
- Experience in developing and delivering solutions utilizing Service Oriented Architecture.
- Understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum), Gitlab, etc.
- Excellent Communication, presentation, problem-solving and team working skills.
