Job Description

Civil Site Engineer (Industrial Projects), Steel Plant
Oversee and manage civil construction activities at the industrial project site, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards
Execute day-to-day site supervision, work planning, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables
Review drawings, specifications, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines at all stages of site work
Monitor and control labor, materials, and equipment utilization for cost efficiency
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and documentation of civil works progress
Coordinate with project managers and report daily/weekly site progress and issues
Handle site-level problem-solving, risk assessment, and corrective actions
Experience in Steel Plant / Heavy Industrial Construction will be a strong advantage
Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 48 years of relevant site experience
