About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Specialist to drive CAD/CAM solution sales across the commercial manufacturing market in North India. This role is perfect for someone with a blend of technical understanding and sharp business acumen, capable of delivering value-driven solutions to customers while consistently exceeding sales goals.

You will be at the forefront of enabling manufacturers to adopt cutting-edge digital manufacturing technologies that enhance productivity, precision, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the commercial manufacturing sector across North India.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with SMEs, job shops, tooling companies, and component manufacturers.
  • Solution-Oriented Selling: Conduct impactful product demos and presentations that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Revenue Achievement: Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Insights: Track competitor activity, emerging technologies, and market trends to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Account Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Key Requirements

  • 57 years of proven sales experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions or related manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong network in the North India commercial manufacturing market.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
