IntouchCXs Global Marketing Department is looking for a strategic, positioning-led, and storytelling-focused Campaign Manager, Demand Generation who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B environment. Sounds like you? Read on!
Youll be part of the Demand Generation team, leading content strategy and execution to support awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your core focus will be refining positioning and creating content that resonates with enterprise buyers across the BPO and CX space, primarily targeting North American audiences.
Youll work closely with Campaign Managers, Brand & Comms, Sales, and BDR teams to develop high-performing, persona-driven content that supports the entire customer journey, from first click to closed deal.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, and help shape how we tell our story globally.
As Campaign Manager, Demand Generation, You Will
- Develop and lead content strategies that align with campaign objectives, industry trends, and buyer needs across the BPO and CX ecosystem.
- Create positioning frameworks that highlight differentiators and support sales conversations.
- Deliver content across formats, landing pages, blogs, case studies, thought leadership, whitepapers, emails, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Brand & Comms and Campaign Managers to ensure content aligns with voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
- Optimize content across paid channels (Google Ads, Demandbase, LinkedIn, Meta, StackAdapt, Spotify).
- Partner with Sales and BDRs to craft content that speaks directly to buyer pain points and supports deal acceleration.
- Build and manage editorial calendars to support multi-channel campaigns and outbound initiatives.
- Work with creative teams to translate strategy into compelling visuals and copy.
- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights to improve conversion and engagement.
As Campaign Manager, Demand Generation, You Need
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, with a strong focus on positioning and messaging.
- Prior experience working with BPO or CX-focused organizations strongly preferred.
- Proven success in developing high-performing content for enterprise audiences in North America.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across long-form and short-form formats.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile teams.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Demandbase, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Background in strategizing content for lead nurturing, retargeting, and outbound campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with globally distributed teams.
- Experience content strategy planning for different buyer personas (e.g., CXOs, Ops leaders, Procurement heads) in industries like digital commerce, healthtech, or fintech.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword-driven content strategy.
- Familiarity with ABM-aligned content planning and sales enablement frameworks.
