Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in API design, Kafka event-driven architecture, and data modeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Kafka modeling, JSON schema design, and API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI, while also ensuring data architecture best practices for scalability, performance, and integration.

Role & responsibilities

Ideal candidate will 10- 12 years experience

Design and implement data architecture solutions aligned with enterprise data strategy and business needs.
Build and optimize event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
Define and maintain Kafka topics, partitions, and message structures, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
Design JSON schemas for APIs and event payloads, enforcing data consistency and standards.
Create and maintain API contracts/documentation using Swagger / OpenAPI specifications.

Work Location: Hyderabad
