About the role:
At Innodata, were working with the worlds largest technology companies on the next generation of generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Were looking for smart, savvy, and curious Generative AI Associates to join our team. This is the role that writers and linguists dream about: youll be teaching the next generation of LLMs about what makes language special.
Role and responsibilities :
- Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice
- Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
- Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expertgenerated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets
- Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
What we need you to bring :
- Masters degree or above in Physics
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields
- Well-honed internet research skills
- Ability to embraces diverse teams
- Navigates ambiguity with grace
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and fluid priorities What we offer:
