Job Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
  
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
  
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
  

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (Freshers/Experienced can apply)

• Only Female
  
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Passion for recruitment and people management
  

Salary:

• Fresher: 15,000 (Take Home) + Incentives
  
• Experienced: upto 25,000 (Take Home) + Incentives
