Job Description

Your Role

Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning using LWC, Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS based on business requirements.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Create technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, and design documents.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Lightning (LWC and Apex).

Good understanding of the Salesforce data model including standard/custom objects, relationships, and fields.

Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Experience in creating scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce applications.
