Job Description
Role Objective/Purpose of the Role
The position has overall responsibility for HVAC services of manufacturing plant.
The focus of the role is to perform the sites HVAC operation, maintenance with its ancillaries including BMS HVAC control systems, cooling tower, chiller, DHU, etc, and covering engineering maintenance on site, capital projects related to his/her area of work, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role will be reporting to Engineer BMS & HVAC System.
Only ITI/Diploma candidate preferred, Strictly no BE
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate, Inspect, Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, pumps, AHU, DHU, dust collectors, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems in clean room environments, controlling temperature, relative humidity (RH), and differential pressure (DP) in compliance with ISO Class 10000 cleanliness and contamination control standards.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for all HVAC equipment in line with SOPs.
- Operate, monitor BMS and its associated systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA system) to ensure proper plant safety & security system.
- Monitor and optimize energy and utility consumption, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Manage and store spare parts and consumables in designated areas.
- Collaborate with OEMs, service vendors, and cross-functional teams for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with statutory, GMP, and internal requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, GMP compliance, cost optimization, and adherence to safety standards.
Education : ITI/Diploma
(R&AC) Refrigeration (or) mechanical (or) Electrical (or) Electronics & Communication.
Experience Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of industrial experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC and its axillary equipments
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, commissioning & operation will be an added advantage.
