Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Company: Placon HR Services Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: Good Hike + Incentives
Working days: 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Working Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Placon HR Services is staffing and Recruitment company. we are hiring good talent for PAN India & Africa Region. we are catering to multiple Industries like Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, Rea Estate, Steel, etc..
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
* Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media, and internal portals.
* Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
* Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and schedule in-person/video interviews.
* Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and provide shortlists to hiring managers.
* Manage the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
* Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and coordinate the onboarding process.
* Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs.
* Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role (typically 2+ years).
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
* Hands-on experience with various selection processes (screening, interviewing, assessment).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong experience of Non-IT recruitment (exclude BPO/BFSI/NBFC)
