Position: Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer- Building Materials
Designation: Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer

Location (Place of Posting)-Anywhere in West Bengal
Areas Coverage: District Wise
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sale building materials of various brands to the dealers/sub-dealers in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.
- Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.
- Do market analysis with competitors products, scheme and availability.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 3- 8 years of prior experience in Cement/TMT Sales.
Preference Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and result-driven approach Familiarity with concern geographical region. Must possess a two wheeler and a valid two wheelers license.
