Job Description
Job Overview:
Auralis AI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into seamless digital experiences, ensuring optimal usability and a visually appealing design. This is a remote, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces in alignment with Auralis AIs brand and objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
- Develop front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of a design system.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Optimize UI/UX designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs with backend systems.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance Auralis AIs user experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and front-end development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and creating user personas.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in UI/UX design.
