We are hiring Business Development Manager for one of our Leading clients.
Work location: Ahead of Yelahanka, Bangalore
JD & Main responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the strategy for the PV Module sales
Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy
Establish close relationships with customers
Generate sales and build up market presence
Contribute to the design and development of the company's sales plan.
Understand client's technical, financial, logistic and marketing needs
Work on the annual plans with customers and monitor performance
Negotiate and followup contracts
Provide market, competitor, customer intelligence and relevant industry trends
Participate to national exhibitions and conferences
To establishment of goals for the department
Developing weekly/monthly/annual and sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements,
Experience in Business development, new market development, Channel Management, and Key Account Management
A Keen Planner with proven abilities in devising strategies to augment business develop, new markets, promote products for business excellence
Possess excellent interpersonal, Communication and organizational skills with Proven abilities leading motivated teams towards achieving organizational goals
Requirements:
Experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, preferably with experience in the Solar & Photovoltaic sector
Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system is preferred
Willingness to travel
Strong negotiating and communication skills
Self-motivated, independent and result-oriented person
Proactive in solving problems, open to customers
Exposure in handling export orders
Good knowledge on all MS-Office and SAP/CRM
