Job Description

Looking for IT Security Manager with strong Digital Identity & Access Management.

Role & responsibilities

• Min 8+ years of experience in technology roles within Banking/Financial Services
• Min 5+ years of proven leadership managing senior technical and management staff.
• Expertise in modern security frameworks, OAuth, SAML, Zero Trust Architecture, and enterprise risk standards.
• Track record of supporting capital projects, operational resilience programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Digital Identity & Access Management
• Technology & Risk Leadership in Banking Results-driven Security Manager with a proven track record of leading high-impact technology teams within large, highly regulated U.S. banking environments.
• Skilled at delivering robust, enterprise-grade Digital Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with complex security, compliance, and risk management requirements of the financial sector. Extensive experience overseeing critical security services such as Customer and Workforce IAM, API Gateways, Endpoint Protection, Data Tokenization, Service Mesh, Hardware Key Management, and Web Application Firewalls.
• Adept at driving technology strategy, engineering excellence, and operational resilience for large-scale banking operations.
• Recognized for building and mentoring distributed, high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strong partner to cross-functional stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.

Banking domain experience is a MUST
