Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls for international clients (US process)
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality standards and KPIs
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Prior experience in any International Exp (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
• Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)
• Must be currently in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately
