Job Description

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to implement designs.

Design Skills:

• Exceptional visual design abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Capability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Analytical Skills:

• Proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

• User Research: Conduct studies and gather feedback to understand user requirements and behavior patterns.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to visualize design ideas and user interactions.
• Visual Design: Craft visually appealing and user-centric interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and improve user experience.
• HTML/CSS Development: Convert designs into HTML and CSS code, ensuring they are responsive and work across different browsers.
• Usability Testing: Organize and perform usability tests, interpret the results, and refine designs based on the feedback.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are practical and meet project objectives.
• Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest design trends, methods, and technologies to enhance design processes and outcomes.
