Job Description
We re seeking a UI/UX Designer Intern who is equally comfortable designing stunning, functional user interfaces in Figma and implementing them in React . You ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to craft user experiences that are both beautiful and intuitive, while also translating those designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready code. Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-fidelity, complex Figma screens with an eye for detail, consistency, and usability.
- Create interactive prototypes and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Convert Figma designs into clean, reusable React components with responsive layouts.
- Ensure designs follow a consistent design system and accessibility best practices.
- Work in an iterative design process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and React best practices.
Requirements
Design Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, constraints, interactive prototypes).
- Ability to create complex, production-ready screens with pixel-perfect precision.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility guidelines.
Development Skills:
- Strong knowledge of React.js , JSX, and component-driven architecture.
- Experience with CSS (or Tailwind/Styled Components) for responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and basic state management (React Hooks, Context API).
General:
- Excellent attention to detail and design consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with animations in React (Framer Motion, React Spring).
- Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with usability testing and collecting user feedback.
