Job Description

Short DescriptionSeeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Principal or Senior Apriso MES Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of DELMIA Apriso-based MES solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations management , process optimization , and industrial production systems , with a proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient MES implementations.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and customization of DELMIA Apriso MES applications to support manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and plant operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and implement robust MES workflows for production tracking , quality management , inventory control , and equipment integration .

Optimize existing MES configurations to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in MES development and deployment.

Support system integration with ERP (e.g., SAP), automation systems, and shop floor equipment.

Required Skills:

6-9 years of hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES platform.

Strong understanding of manufacturing process management , production workflows , and shop floor operations .

Proficiency in C# , .NET , SQL Server , and JavaScript for MES customization.

Experience with Apriso Process Builder , Business Components , Standard Interfaces , and Master Data Configuration .

Familiarity with performance management , OEE , and manufacturing KPIs .

Preferred Skills:

Experience in discrete or process manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of ISA-95 standards and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Exposure to machine integration , IoT , and real-time data acquisition .

Understanding of MES-ERP integration and data synchronization .

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science , Engineering , Information Technology , or a related field.

Certifications in MES platforms , DELMIA Apriso , or manufacturing systems are a plus.
