What will you be doing

- Take full ownership of design problem statements and workflows, from discovery to delivery.
- Turn business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences through moodboards, user journeys, wireframes, and design prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and developers throughout the design and development process.
- Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guidelines to ensure consistency and scale.
- Present your work with clarity, iterate quickly on feedback, and ship designs in fastu2011paced development cycles.
- Contribute to product decisions by understanding what users need and helping shape better decisions.
- Stay upu2011tou2011date with tools, design patterns, and emerging best practices. Requirements What will you need to succeed at Quicko
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design process, wireframes, and user flows.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping), with familiarity in tools like Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals layout, color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving real problems through design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Bonus: experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or using AI tools to create visuals and animations.
