Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model the complete business picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
- Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
- Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Ability to translate User requirements to Functional & Technical specifications
- Understand the system end-to-end and identifies impacts of a change
- Participates in Integration and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience of working in PV domain
- 6+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst
- 6+ years experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and MS Project
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization
