Power Bi Developer @ The Future Smart

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Power BI Development:

Design and develop custom dashboards and reports using Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modelling).

Connect Power BI to various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud

platforms.

Implement row-level security (RLS) and data refresh strategies in Power BI.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills Required:

Strong SQL programming (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar).

Experience with Power BI data modelling, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and

report building.

Experience in ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent).

Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and data lake integration.

Experience with performance tuning in SQL and Power BI.

Knowledge of Azure Synapse / Data Factory / Power Platform (optional but preferred).
