Required Skills:

• Should have team handling experience in International voice process
• Previous experience as a designated team lead is required / Preferred
• HR or business support background is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to handle both voice and non-voice HR support tasks.
• Experience working in an international HR environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
