Job Description

We are seeking a Lakeside SysTrack- L3 professional with an experience of 3 to 6 years in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years dedicated to the SysTrack platform experience (implementation, administration, and operations).

Requirements:

Strong understanding of EUC environments, desktop virtualization (AVD, Citrix, VMware), SCCM, AD, and network dependencies.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), compliance audits, and software asset management processes.
Experience in PowerShell scripting, basic SQL, and report/dashboard creation is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

Lakeside Certified SysTrack Administrator (if available)
ITIL v4 Foundation.
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / Virtual Desktop
Any relevant EUC/endpoint management certifications.
