Role & responsibilities


The C&N Contract Professional position involves providing commercial and contract guidance to the business organization and other functions, drafting and negotiating agreements that accurately specify the business relationships between clients, alliances, partners, and other companies, and supporting account teams by managing contracts through post-signing contract management activities such as follow-on client negotiations, amendments, contract changes, formal communications, extensions, claims, and termination.


  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are favorable to the organization and compliant with legal standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose appropriate solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal contract terms and conditions.
  • Contract Management: Lead follow-on client negotiations, amendments, contract changes, formal communications, extensions, claims, and termination events with clients and suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth negotiations and contract execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all contracts and negotiations, ensuring easy retrieval and review.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management and negotiation

Preferred candidate profile


  • Minimum 3 years' experience in contract management and/or negotiations, preferably in the technology services sector.
  • Experience negotiating opposite sophisticated inside and outside counsels.
  • Must possess written and verbal multilingual capabilities, including English and at least one additional language relevant to the APAC and MEA regions (e.g., Thai, Bahasa, Korean), for contract drafting and negotiations.
  • Having relevant in-house experience in a multinational organization is very desirable, but not a pre-requisite.
